Construction of the so-called Dream City is progressing uninterruptedly in compliance with the relevant COVID regulations despite the pandemic, Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said when visiting the construction site in Batumi, Adjara.
Parliament Speaker Kakha Kuchava and Chairman of the Adjara Government Tornike Rizhvadze accompanied the PM.
Adjara government launched the second phase of the project, which includes urban development and arrangement of educational, residential and recreation spaces.
Currently, the construction of the three 12-storey residential blocks is ongoing in the Dream City. Up to 120 people are employed on the construction works. Within the scope of the project initiative, 583 apartments will be available.
