Coalition for Change’s Popkhadze and several other individuals end hunger strike

Gedevan Popkhadze, a member of the Coalition for Change, has ended his hunger strike. Several other individuals who had been on hunger strike near the Parliament have also called off their protests, including Darejan Tskhvitaria from the National Movement.

Archimandrite Dorothe Kurashvili visited the hunger strikers and encouraged them to end their strikes.

Popkhadze and a few others began their hunger strike on Rustaveli Avenue near the Parliament on October 28.
