“It would be a responsible behavior if the Georgian Dream leaves the room for negotiations and does not support the termination of opposition mandates,” Levan Ioseliani, a member of the Citizens’ parliamentary opposition party, told reporters in parliament.
He believes the best solution for the country is to continue negotiations. At the same time, the opposition MP explains that any agreement with the ruling party was in principle unacceptable for the part of the opposition.
According to Ioseliani, this was a reason for the Citizens to continue the negotiation process independently.
“Our presence here will show who is the opposition and who is subservient,” a representative of the parliamentary opposition told reporters at the parliament.
