Citizens party to register bill to increase drunk driving penalties

The Citizens party will register a bill this week aiming to increase penalties for drunk driving, the party leader Aleko Elisashvili said on Monday.

Elisashvili believes the penalties should increase in the country as many people are killed in crashes.
