Chinese Ethnic Affairs delegation visits Public Service Hall in Sagarejo

A delegation from the National Ethnic Affairs Commission of the People’s Republic of China visited the Public Service Hall in Sagarejo, according to Georgia’s Ministry of Justice.

The ministry said the delegation was introduced to the concept and operational specifics of the Public Service Hall by Deputy Minister of Justice Lana Morgoshia and Chairman of the Public Service Hall Vakhtang Zhvaniya.

The discussion focused on the importance of ensuring access to state services for Georgia’s non-Georgian-speaking population within the civil integration processes, as well as the mechanisms implemented to support this goal.

“Additional information on the matter was provided by the First Deputy State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality, Lia Gigauri. The purpose of the visit by the delegation of the National Ethnic Affairs Commission is the further development of cooperation within the Georgia–China strategic partnership. The delegation, led by Commissioner Qin Yizhi, is visiting Georgia at the invitation of the State Minister’s Office for Reconciliation and Civic Equality,” the Ministry said.
