Chikoidze wins Gold at European Para-Judo, Georgia secures nine medals #1TVSPORT

On the second day of the European Para-Judo Championship in Tbilisi, Revaz Chikoidze (+95 kg) claimed a gold medal, while Lasha Kizilashvili secured bronze in the same weight category.

In the men’s 95 kg final, Zviad Gogochuri had to settle for silver after being defeated, and Ina Kaldani took bronze in the women’s 70 kg division.

After two days of competition, the Georgian national team has collected three gold, two silver, and four bronze medals.

The team events of the European Championship will take place tomorrow, September 21.

The Georgian Paralympic Committee organizes the tournament with the support of the Ministry of Sports of Georgia and Tbilisi City Hall.
