Checkpoints to be set up at the entrances to Vani

Additional checkpoints will be set up at the entrance of Vani municipality, Georgian Prime-Minister’s Spokesperson Irakli Chikovani said at today’s briefing.

PM’s Spokesperson said that the residents of Vani municipality will undergo thermal screening.

“New cases of the virus have been detected. One of those cases is linked to Vani which is being examined. We have decided to introduce the same measures as we already activated in nine municipalities of Georgia,” Chikovani stated.
