Charles Michel: EU enlargement investment in stability and security

President of the European Council, Charles Michel said the EU enlargement “is an investment in stability and security.”

“It will be complicated. It is a path with obstacles, with constraints. But there is political will like never before, because we have understood the geopolitical imperative,” Michel said during his remark at the Paris Peace Forum.
