Chancellor Nehammer vows Austria supports Georgia's European integration

Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer on Monday said Austria supports Georgia’s European integration.

At a joint press point with Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, Nehammer promised the Georgian PM assistance in all areas.​

“I offered Mr. Prime Minister our assistance in any aspect where it is required.

At the same time, this process demonstrates that all candidate nations must have the same beginning conditions, and there must be some form of shortcut to attain this aim.

I reiterate Austria’s willingness to assist you. We have been in a similar scenario and understand what has to be done in this regard,” Nehammer underscored.
