CEC - Voter turnout for 15:00 in by-elections is 41, 01%

The voter turnout for 15:00 in parliamentary by-elections underway in Vani and Khoni is 41,01 % – Central Election Commission (CEC) reports.

CEC spokesperson Ana Mikeladze said at a briefing that 19 789 voters have cast their ballots by 3 PM. The voter turnout at 12:00 was 24,3 %, at 10:00 – 9,9%.

According to Mikeladze, a total of 48 123 voters are registered for the polls. The elections are being held in peaceful environment.

Parliamentary by-elections are underway in Vani and Khoni, covering the territories of the municipalities. Six candidates are running in the elections.
