The voter turnout for 12:00 was fixed at 15.95% based on the information of the Georgian Central Election Commission (CEC) that is 558 755 voters. The highest activity was fixed in Ambrolauri and Tsageri regions, the lowest – Kazbegi.

The Central Election Commission will hold news briefings every few hours starting at 08:30 on October 28 to ensure that voters and all interested parties are timely informed about the voting process.

The CEC Call Center (2 51 00 51) and online chat will be available during 24 hours on Election Day. Accordingly, every interested person may receive information on election-related issues.

The 2018 presidential elections are being held in Georgia today. The Georgian population is electing the 5th president with the 6-year-term.
