CEC says to be ready for April 2 by-elections

The Parliamentary and Batumi Sakrebulo (local council) by-elections are due to be held on April 2 from 9 am at the Central Election Commission (CEC).

The CEC said Friday its Spokesperson would update the public periodically about the polling process and voter turnout.

It noted that the CEC’s Contact Hub 2 51 00 51 and chat would operate from 7 am; deaf voters and voters with hearing impairment may receive information through video call.

The Central Election Commission stated that 135 polling stations are fully prepared for the by-elections.
