CEC rejects opposition complaints following heated session

After eight hours of deliberations, Georgia’s Central Election Commission (CEC) dismissed complaints from the Georgian Young Lawyers Association, the Unity-National Movement, and Strong Georgia, who alleged violations of voting secrecy and sought to annul the election results.

Throughout the session, tensions ran high, leading the CEC Chairman to expel Lasha Parulava of the Unity-National Movement from the hall.
