CEC endorses October 26 elections final results

The Georgian Central Election Commission (CEC) endorsed the final outcomes of the October 26 parliamentary elections.

CEC Secretary Giorgi Javakhishvili presented the results as per the summarizing protocol.

The total number of voters was 3 508 294 of which 2 111 834 participated in the elections. The number of annulled bulletins was 34 974, among them from the 69th polling station in Marneuli where the number of voters was 1 634. The information about mandates won by electoral subjects is as follows:

Coalition for Change – Gvaramia, Melia, Girchi, Droa – 229 161 votes, 11.03%, number of mandates – 19;

Unity-National Movement – 211 216, 10.17%, number of mandates – 16;

Strong Georgia Lelo for People, For Freedom – 182 922 votes, 8.81%, number of mandates – 14;

Gakharia for Georgia – 161 521 votes, 7.78%, number of mandates – 12;

Georgian Dream – 1 120 053 votes, 53.93%, number of mandates – 89.
