In September visit to Tbilisi, Georgia Parliamentary leadership assured me constitutional and electoral reforms would pass. Georgian Dream hasn’t delivered on its public commitment to proportional elections in 2020. Reform, political pluralism now even more critical,’ Brock Bierman stressed.
