Borrell, Zourabichvili discuss Georgia’s path to EU, regional security situation

The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Joseph Borrell, said he had a good meeting with Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili on Georgia’s path to the EU and regional security situation.

In his tweet, Borrell said: “Georgia is our strong partner. We support strong institutions working together on progress towards its EU future.”

The President also said that with this visit, “we are once again witnessing the irreversible support for Georgia’s European path.”
