The body of the Georgian volunteer fighter killed during military hostilities in Ukraine, Gela Gogia, was repatriated back home this morning. Family members and relatives arrived at the airport.
A civil memorial service will be held at Kashueti church. He will be buried in Senaki.
Gela Gogia fought in the city of Kramatorsk. According to his relatives, he came under rocket attacks on August 26.
A total of 19 Georgian fighters died in Russia-Ukraine war.
