The official visit of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to Georgia has commenced.
Pashinyan was welcomed at Tbilisi International Airport by Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili.
During the visit, the Armenian Prime Minister will be hosted by Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze. Following a face-to-face meeting between the two leaders, a session of the Georgia–Armenia Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation will be held under their co-chairmanship. The Prime Ministers are also expected to deliver joint statements to the media.
The Armenian delegation includes the Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister, Arayik Harutyunyan; Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan; Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, Davit Khudatyan; Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports, Zhanna Andreasyan; Minister of Economy, Gevorg Papoyan; and Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan.
The visit of the Armenian Prime Minister will last two days.
