Archaeological discovery in Kakheti

The tomb, which dates back to II-I millennium B.C. , Late Bronze – early Iron Age, was discovered during archeological excavations at Zuzumbo territory in Telavi district.
The human’s skeleton, iron knife and clay household vessels have been found in the tomb.
According to Nika Tushabramishvili, Professor of Ilia State University, the tomb is supposedly belongs to the noble warrior of that era.
