Anita Abgariani to represent Georgia at Junior Eurovision: premiere of the contest song

11-year-old Anita Abgariani will represent Georgia at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2025.

The song, Shine Like a Star, was composed by Giga Kukhianiadze. Mariam Ghvaladze, a member of the band Candy, which previously brought Georgia victory at Junior Eurovision in 2011, collaborated on the lyrics with him.

Georgian Public Broadcaster’s First Channel produced the music video for the song. It was directed by Temur Kvirkvelia, with costumes designed by Iza Nadareishvili.

Filming took place in the historic Uplistsikhe, with Anita Abgariani accompanied in the video by the Zakaria Paliashvili Decade of Talents Orchestra.
