Andrzej Duda: Alliance's summit in July will be an occasion for a serious debate on strengthening of cooperation with Ukraine and Georgia
Polish President Andrzej Duda expressed hope during the Spring Session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in Warsaw on Monday, that the alliance’s summit in July will be “an occasion for a serious debate on the further strengthening of cooperation with Ukraine and Georgia.”
“I hope that the alliance’s summit in July will be an occasion for a serious debate on the further strengthening of cooperation with Ukraine and Georgia. Open Door policy is the key element of the foreign policy of the North Atlantic Alliance, which aims to cooperate with those countries who are interested in expanding the security and stability zone around the Alliance, ” – the Polish President said.
NATO supports the integration of aspirant countries, including Georgia, into the Euro-Atlantic space, – NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg delivered a speech at the NATO PA Plenary session in Warsaw.
