Ana Tsitlidze: UNM must follow its own political path

“The issue of an alliance is not a priority for me. The United National Movement has other important challenges to address at this point, and I do not think it should be focusing on this now,” UNM member Ana Tsitlidze said.

She noted that she had opposed the idea of an alliance from the outset.

“Given the political challenges we are facing today, the issue of an alliance is not on the agenda. The United National Movement should have its own path of struggle, as it has had for the past 14 years. Therefore, when I talk about unity, I mean a common strategy, not joining specific alliances. My position remains exactly the same today,” Tsitlidze said.
