Along with 38 other states, Georgia referred to ICC on war crimes in Ukraine, Georgian MFA states

Along with 38 other states, Georgia has referred to the International Criminal Court on the situation in Ukraine and the war crimes taking place on the ground, Georgian Ministry of  Foreign Affairs published the statement on Twitter.

“Along with 38 other states, Georgia has referred to the ICC Prosecutor on the situation in Ukraine and the war crimes taking place on the ground, followed by the Prosecutor’s decision to immediately proceed with the investigation. We stand for Justice. We stand with Ukraine” reads the statement by the Ministry.
