During the January-August of 2022, cargo volume carried by air in Georgia, at Tbilisi International Airport, totalled 11,788,873 ton, posting a 2% surge compared to the same period of the previous year and a 27% decrease compared to the same period of 2019 year, TAV Georgia said on Friday.
In the reporting period, 11,502,897 tons of cargo went through the Tbilisi International Airport, while 11,009, 001 tons in 2021 and 16,139,060 tons in 2019, TAV Georgia added.
