Ahali’s Gvaramia: On May 26, we expect large crowds and strengthened protest
“On May 26, a joint statement will be made on behalf of the alliance. On May 26, there will be many people, and the protest will be intensified. We will reach results much faster,” stated One of the leaders of the ‘Opposition Alliance,’ Nika Gvaramia.
According to him, he believes results can be achieved faster through intensified action.
“I would say that more work is needed. We will discuss all positions and it will be done as we all agree. It is impossible for a subject with nine members to make decisions without a joint agreement. However, we all have our own views on whether the processes should be more or less intense. These are not the views of individual party chairmen. Naturally, everyone has the right to state their position, especially if they are not outside and have no other opportunity than public statements.
As for disagreements, I have said it many times and I will repeat it again, no one thought that this would be an easy process. The relationships of many in this alliance have very complicated prehistory, so there were problems, there are still problems, and I assume that there will be problems in the future. This does not mean that we cannot act and make decisions in agreement,” Gvaramia said.
