On March 6, entry to the Georgian parliament building will be restricted. According to a statement issued by the Georgian Parliament, entrance to the Parliament building will be limited under the restraints specified in the Georgian Parliament Speaker’s order N259/3.
The limitation will not apply to accredited media or anyone attending pre-arranged committee discussions.
“The stated event’s objective is to protect the safety of the MPs, apparatus personnel, and visitors to the Parliament, as well as to ensure appropriate working conditions,” the Parliament notes.
The Legal Issues Committee on Monday will debate the Transparency of Foreign Influence and Foreign Agents Registration Act bills introduced by People’s Power.
