ADB Vice President to participate in Tbilisi Silk Road Forum

The Tbilisi Silk Road Forum will take place on October 26-27, attracting over 2,000 delegates from 60 countries. The opening event, set for October 26 at the Zakaria Paliashvili Tbilisi State Opera and Ballet Theater, will feature Roberta Casali, the Vice President of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), among other high-ranking guests.

Roberta Casali, serving as the Vice President for Finance and Risk Management at the ADB, leads the operations of the Risk Management, Regulation, and Treasury Department from 2022.

The forum will include ten sessions covering crucial topics such as trade, e-commerce development, transport and logistics infrastructure, financial technologies, tourism, energy cooperation opportunities, and the country’s investment potential.

Initiated in 2015 by the Georgian Prime Minister, Irakli Garibashvili, this marks the fourth forum held in Georgia.
