Abkhazian gov't head meets with Slovak Ambassador

Levan Mgaloblishvili, Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia, met with Matus Busovsky, Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to Georgia.

During the introductory meeting, Mgaloblishvili informed the Ambassador about the activities of the Abkhaz government, provided an update on the current situation in Abkhazia, and highlighted instances of systematic violations of the fundamental rights of the local population.

The Ambassador reaffirmed the Slovak Republic’s strong support for Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

The meeting also explored opportunities for enhancing future cooperation.
