4.2-magnitude earthquake hits Azerbaijan near Georgian border
A 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck Azerbaijan near the Georgian border, according to Georgia’s National Seismic Monitoring Center.
The earthquake was recorded at 2:51 p.m. Tbilisi time at a depth of 16 kilometers from the Georgian border, according to the center.
