201 schools on remote teaching mode

A total of 201 schools and 304 separate classes across Georgia are on a remote teaching mode, Georgian Ministry of Education and Science reported.

Coronavirus management is tightened due to the current epidemiological situation. One hundred and twenty-five teachers chose to teach remotely being in a risk group. 2.7% of teachers and 0.9% of pupils tested positive on Covid-19 this week.

Among teachers and school administration staff, 73, 6% got Covid vaccine.
