13 injured after passenger bus overturns on Kutaisi–Zestaponi road

A traffic accident occurred on the Kutaisi–Zestaponi road after a passenger bus veered off the roadway and overturned.

According to the Georgian Public Broadcaster’s correspondent, the bus left the carriageway before overturning.

Preliminary reports indicate that 13 passengers were injured in the accident.

Emergency medical teams transported the injured to nearby hospitals for treatment. Further details on their condition have not yet been released.
