10,845 voters in inpatient care and in self-isolation hospitals to take part in the October 31 elections
The Central Election Commission (CEC) approved the special list of voters being in self-isolation.
According to CEC, the 10,845 voters being in inpatient care, quarantine and self-isolation will take part in the October 31 elections. They will vote through movable ballot boxes.
The number of special group members, who will serve the voters, and include representatives of election observer organizations and media, is 1917.
The voters, who are on the list, being in self-isolation, will receive SMS from CEC.
