Kibar Khalvashi has appointed Paata Sali as director of TV Company Rustavi 2 and applied to the National Public Registry with the request to make changes to the registration data.
Based on the document published on the web page of the Public Registry, a meeting of partners of Rustavi 2 TV Company has been held today.
By decision of the participants of the meeting, Nika Gvaramia has been dismissed from the post of Director-General of the TV company and he has been replaced by Paata Salia.
The protocol of the meeting of partners is signed by Kibar Khalvashi, as the owner of 60 percent share of Rustavi 2 TV Company and the owner of Panorama LTD, which owns 40 percent share of TV company.
