The court found poet Zviad Ratiani guilty of two administrative offenses. Ratiani was fined by 2,000 GEL.

The judge announced the decision today.

The lawyer plans to appeal the court’s decision regarding hooliganism part.

Ratiani was accused under two articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses – 166 (hooliganism) and 173 (resistance to police).
