Zviad Devdariani – I am against Facebook judgment and ready to prove truth in court

Zviad Devdariani, former Chairman of Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) non-governmental organization is ready to cooperate with Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), Prosecutor’s Office and Public Defender’s Office regarding allegations voiced against him by Women’s Movement organization.

Devdariani held a press conference together with his lawyer earlier this afternoon and talked about the latest 2 weeks, which have turned very painful and difficult for him because of pressure. “I am against Facebook judgment and ready to prove the truth in the court,” he said.

Zviad Devdariani was a candidate on post of a member of Board of Trustees of Georgian Public Broadcaster (GPB). But Devdariani lifted his candidacy after representatives of Women’s Movement accused him of sexual harassment.
