Snow is predicted in most regions of Georgia starting this afternoon, according to Dodo Gvazava, head of the National Environment Agency’s short-term forecasts department.
Snowstorms are also likely in mountainous areas with temperatures ranging from -3 to -5 degrees Celsius.
The coastline areas are expected to have quite mild weather, with temperatures reaching +8 degrees Celsius.
The weather will clear on January 7-8, however, frost is forecast around midnight on January 7.
