Due to its absurdity, Dimitri Medoev’s interview does not deserve much attention and wide replicability, – Vladimer Konstantinidi, the representative of Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in connection with the interview of German newspaper Neues Deutschland with the representative of the Tskhinvali occupation regime Dimitri Medoev.

According to him, the edition does not enjoy any particular credibility or rating in Germany.

However, as the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia noted, the author of the interview, David Noack is a pro-Russian journalist and periodically publishes such articles.

The Georgian Embassy in Germany has released a statement in connection with an interview published in Neues Deutschland.
