Visit to China plays significant role in advancing bilateral relations, says Deputy Speaker
The visit to China is significant in advancing bilateral relations, especially given the prior declaration of strategic partnership and cooperation between the two nations. Irakli Chikovani, the deputy Parliament Speaker, stated.
The delegation of the Georgian ruling Georgian Dream party, led by party chair Irakli Kobakhidze, visits China.
“The ongoing visit to China encompasses high-level meetings with representatives from the ruling party and executive authorities.
This visit holds great importance as both countries have previously declared a statement of strategic partnership and cooperation.
Additionally, Georgia’s pivotal role in the economic development of the country and the significant contribution to the development of the Middle Corridor, where China plays a substantial role, makes this visit highly important.
The delegation is optimistic that the visit will be successful, marking another positive step in fostering mutually beneficial relations,” Chikovani declared.
