Visa-free travel to China for Georgian citizens officially comes into force.

The Chinese Embassy said the decree requires a maximum stay of 30 days for each entrance and 90 days in total within 180 days.

Georgian citizens with valid passports who intend to stay in China for more than 30 days to live, work, study, work in the media, or engage in any other activity that requires prior permission from China’s competent authorities must apply for a corresponding visa, according to the Chinese Embassy.
