Attacker makes 3 demands in video circulating in social media (VIDEO)

A video of a man, who is holding 11 hostages in microfinance organization MBC on Tseretali Avenue, Tbilisi, is circulating in the social media. The armed man voiced three demands in the video.

“I demand to gather all the parliamentarians, who participated in the first round of the elections and plan to do so in the runoff, and approve three laws: To ban all types of gambling in Georgia, including online games; Banks set a maximum annual interest rate of only seven percent; Reduce prices on drugs,” said the alleged attacker in a video.

A special operation is underway on Tsereteli Avenue in Tbilisi.
