US Senator Shaheen and Congressman Turner to visit Georgia today

The US Senator Jeanne Shaheen and Congressman Mike Turner will start their visit to Georgia today, the US Embassy in Georgia reported.

“We are excited to welcome them. During their bipartisan visit, they will meet with representatives of the Georgian government, civil society, private sector, and political parties. They will also visit U.S. government programs that support internally displaced persons, entrepreneurs, and students. The United States remains fully engaged and committed to supporting the people of Georgia and their Euro-Atlantic aspirations,” the US Embassy stated.
