UNM’s Zugdidi mayoral candidate believes Saakashvili be a hero president

Anzor Melia, a Zugdidi mayoral candidate of the United National Movement (UNM) party, said Mikheil Saakashvili is a hero president who would be added to the history with gold letters.

During the UNM-organized rally, he addressed the ex-president, saying he was a happy man because many people loved him. Anzor Melia encouraged Saakashvili’s parents. “Little time is left, and Mr Mikheil will leave the jail and celebrate victory with us,” he claimed.

The rally organized by the opposition United National Movement (UNM) party is going on at Freedom Square in Tbilisi in support and solidarity with imprisoned ex-president Mikheil Saakashvili. UNM supporters and people arrived from different regions of Georgia to attend the protest with the slogan Free Misha.
