UNM's Tsitlidze challenges newly rejoined Dekanoidze to explain Zugdidi supporters her reasons for quitting party
The member of the United National Movement party, Ana Tsitlidze called on newly re-joined UNM member Khatia Dekanoidze to meet supporters in the western city of Zugdidi and tell them that “You [Dekanoidze] were lying and were dishonest while saying that you quit because of oligarchs in the party, the party allied with Georgian Dream, and only sycophants remain in UNM.”
As Ana Tsitlidze pointed out in her Facebook post, Khatia Dekanoidze returned for the sake of securing a place on the parliamentary list.
“However, I know for certain that’s exactly why you rejoined, with that guarantee. If you keep mentioning Misha [Saakashvili, jailed ex-president, UNM founder], don’t think our voters have forgotten what you dared to say,” Tsitlidze added.
Khatia Dekanoidze rejoined the party as the deputy chairman of the national committee.
