UNM MP labels GD's peace narrative as false

“Yesterday’s horrible murder of a Georgian citizen illustrated that the Georgian Dream’s narrative on peace is false,” said Tina Bokuchava, the United National Movement (UNM) party MP.

Tina Bokuchava believes that the GD’s reconciliatory policy with Russia leads to the “outcome, which everybody witnessed yesterday.”

“The only way to ensure peace and for Georgian citizens to be protected is the membership in the EU and NATO. We should fight for it, each of us. The current government’s chosen collaborative policy with the adversary leads to the gravest facts,” she said.

A Georgian citizen, Tamaz Ginturi, was killed during his illegal detention in the occupied territory of Kirbali village, and another Georgian citizen was abducted on October 6.
