UNM leadership meet former US Vice-President Mike Pence, Senator Kevin Cramer
Chairman of the opposition United National Movement (UNM) party, Levan Khabeishvili, UNM faction chair Tina Bokuchava, Foreign Relations Secretary Zurab Chiaberashvili, and Foreign Relations Service Head Irakli Kavtaradze met former US Vice-President Mike Pence and Senator Kevin Cramer within the framework of their visit to Washington, the UNM press service reported.
According to the UNM Chair, the party leaders had the opportunity to share Georgian people’s problems linked to the “Russian regime and oligarchic rule” in the country with the former US Vice-President.
“We should all realize that unity has utmost importance. We need many partners. Besides the former Vice President of America, we met Senator Cramer in Washington. It is crucial for a Georgian citizen to realize that the Georgian people have full support in the fight against the Russian regime.
I am sure that we all, the Georgian people, the citizens of Georgia, will win for the benefit of Georgia. We do our best for this. We will work, fight, join hands, and gain many partners to defeat the Russian oligarchic regime in the end,” he said.
