UNM Chair says Georgia-US relations to be restored, Georgia to have visa-free travel with US
“We have all opportunities to restore Georgia-US relations, attract American investments and get a visa-free travel with the US following the October 26 elections,” said Tina Bokuchava, Chair of the United National Movement (UNM) party.
According to Bokuchava, upgrading the Georgia-US relations will bring benefits, especially in the economic sphere.
“I attended the Republic Party Congress several weeks ago, and now I am present at the Democratic Party Congress where Kamala Harris will be nominated as the Democratic Party’s presidential candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity to speak to the American leadership about the restoration of Georgia-US relations.
Ivanishvli’s (GD founder and Honorary Chair) anti-western policy and steps damaged this strategically significant relationship. We have all opportunities to restore Georgia-US relations, attract American investments and get a visa-free travel with the US following the October 26 elections, upgrade the Georgia-US relations that will bring benefits in all directions, especially in the economic sphere,” said Tina Bokuchava.
