Under the order of PM, the Interagency Council of the Substantial NATO-Georgia Package (SNGP) has set up
Under the order of the Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Gakharia, the Interagency Council of the Substantial NATO-Georgia Package (SNGP) has set up.
The Interagency Council is staffed by several Deputy Ministers. According to the document, the Council will be headed by the First Deputy Minister of Defense; other members of the Council will be Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, as well as, the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia, and the Chief of the Border Police of Georgia.
On the basis of the document, the duties of the Secretariat of the Council will be carried out by the representative of the International Relations and Euro-Atlantic Integration Department at the Ministry of Defense of Georgia.
The Interagency Council should plan and monitor the activities in the frame of the Substantial NATO-Georgia Package (SNGP).
