Ukrainian Air Force observes a record figure of 75 kamikaze drones per night

Russia attacked Ukraine on Saturday night with a record number of kamikaze drones, the Ukrainian Air Force reported in its morning report.

It claimed that about 75 attack UAVs of the Shahed-131/136 type were used for a massive raid on Ukraine, 71 drones were destroyed by air defense. The Russian side did not comment about the attack.

The air force did not specify how many drones were shot down over Kiev, whose authorities also announced a record drone raid since the beginning of the war. The city administration believes that about 50 drones were shot down over the capital.
