Two persons, injured during the rally on Rustaveli Avenue, underwent eye removal surgery, – Giorgi Kordzakhia, director of “New Hospitals” says.

Giorgi Kordzakhia said that 24 people were transferred to the clinic yesterday. Four underwent the surgery.

“Two of them have serious eye injuries. We have conducted an enucleation procedure in both cases,” Giorgi Kordzakhia said.
