Traffic restrictions at Tbilisi Republic Square

Tbilisi City Hall has announced temporary traffic restrictions and the freeing of the parking lane at the First Republic Square, in preparation for the upcoming event organized by the Football Federation of Georgia.

According to the announcement, the traffic restrictions will be enforced from 08:00 on March 25 until 12:00 on March 27. During this period, traffic will be restricted in both directions, spanning from the intersection of Rustaveli Avenue and Republic Square to the intersection of Republic Square and Merab Kostava Street.

Specifically, vehicles travelling from Rustaveli Avenue to Kostava Street will only be permitted to proceed in the direction of Mikheil Javakhishvili and Merab Kostava Streets. Similarly, vehicles travelling from Javakhishvili Street will be directed towards the Tbilisi State Concert Hall, while those on Kostava Street will be restricted to travelling towards Rustaveli Avenue and Freedom Square.
